Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to announce the disbursement during his scheduled visit to Motihari, Bihar, ahead of the state assembly elections.
Under the PM-KISAN scheme, eligible farmers receive ₹6,000 annually in three equal installments of ₹2,000. The upcoming 20th installment will benefit over 9.8 crore farmers, including 2.4 crore women beneficiaries, through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
