Motorola has expanded its tablet portfolio in India with the launch of the moto pad 70 PRO. The new Android tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor and comes with a 13-inch 3.5K display, AI features, and support for the moto Pen PRO. The company has also introduced a Snap-on Keyboard accessory that can be purchased separately as a bundle. The tablet will go on sale in India from July 4.
Price and availability
The moto pad 70 PRO is available in two storage variants:
8GB + 128GB: Rs 32,999 (effective launch price)
8GB + 256GB: Rs 35,999 (effective launch price)
The launch prices include an ICICI Bank instant discount of Rs 4,000. Without the offer, the variants are priced at Rs 36,999 and Rs 39,999, respectively.
Motorola is also offering the Snap-on Keyboard bundle with the 8GB + 256GB variant at an effective price of Rs 41,999. Buyers opting for the standard 8GB + 256GB model can purchase the moto Keyboard Pack separately for Rs 5,999 as part of the bundle offer.
The tablet will be available starting July 4 via Flipkart, Motorola.in, and leading retail stores.
Specifications and features
The moto pad 70 PRO features a 13-inch 3.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits peak brightness. It also includes quad JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset and comes with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card.
Motorola bundles the moto Pen PRO in the box. The stylus supports AI-powered tools such as Smart Capture, Sketch to Image, AI Super Res, and AI Live Transcript. The tablet also includes AI Reader and AI Notes features for summarising documents, translations and note-taking.
For productivity, the moto pad 70 PRO supports a Snap-on Keyboard with a dedicated Smart Key, Desk Mode, multi-window support and WPS Office integration.
The device packs a 10,200mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. It measures 6.2mm in thickness, weighs 589g, comes in a Pantone Titan finish and also supports Smart Connect for cross-device connectivity with compatible Motorola devices.
